The list of businesses effected aren’t they some of BTB’s renters? I can see distribution centers being shut down? Online retailers like Amazon etc might stop servicing Quebec as many manufacturers of

I dont get it. A safe 10% dividend and a NAV improvement and people are dumping....this reit sector is full on toxic at this point

The effect will be limited at best. They might have to change a few signs at their corporate office but I imagine they already have done most of this under the existing French language

22% of outstanding mortages to renew in 24. Already carrying a 5.4% rate. Not much damage additional costs coming from this in 2024. The Trust has $145.4 million of mortgages coming to maturity

Anyone think the debt service will eat into AFFO big next couple years and put payout in jeopardy? Gotta be mindful of that here.

I think they are consistently doing better than others because their office is suburban and not under the same pressure as big downtown cores. Their industrial exposure is also working well
