This likely would be close to fall lows witih AP.  Artis is absorbing a good chunk of the sell orders. They can probably end up taking a 30%+  stake of D down here if it stays low until ...more

Asset sale

Some here are citing the asset sales as being a good catalyst for sp movement.  What if they get sold at a very mediocre price? Like 300 sq foot. That can put pressure on unit price
