The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share...

The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. Latest update DF stock new target and FFN latest
hi all, markets closed in the US and back to work tomorrow. However lets look at the following CME Fedwatch on the rates. Latest shows they will cut and i believe they will not.

DF unit nav to May 27 = approx $15.35
So showing a gain of just under 5 cents since the MAY 15th udpate,. Last trade @ $5.20 means the discount has shrunk. AND after distributions are factored in DF would be trading right at tis NAV. News

DF unit nav to May 24 = approx: $15.35
Now showing a gain of about 5 cents since May 15th update. Commons have a value of 5.35 before distributions and $5.21 after .

DFN unit nav to May 23 =approx; $15.28
Spreadsheet showing a loss of about 1.7 cents so i rounded it up to a loss of 2 cents . BEFORE distributions. DF closed @ $5.02 so the discount is 26 cents.

Spreadsheet showing a gain of only about 6 cents since the midmonth udpate. Trades at a discount of 22 cents.

So spreadsheet showing a gain of just under 12 cents , so rounded it up to that number. Slowly gaining on DFN, at this point ( if the cash remains the same).

DF NAV on May 17 is ~$15.40
My calculations for May 15 were about 0.5 cents higher than the declared $15.30 (which could be anywhere between $15.2950 and $15.3049), not bad as a guesstimate... After applying the declared value

Quadravest updated DF unit nav to May 15 @ $15.30 so spreadsheet was very close. Much closer than with DFN. DF only trails DFN in NAV by 5 cents ..!! DF the much better buy, and had much bigger

DF UNIT NAV to MAy 16 = approx: $15.35
DF spreadsheet also showing a gain of about 4 cents, same as DFN. Not surprising with both funds holdings the same stocks, in different weightings tho. DF closed the day at $5.10 so

I think you may be right as TRI going ex divvy on the 15th will likely get accounted for in the update,. As well ENB went exdivvy on the 14th, and altho i had it marked, i didnt add the amount
