Todd Corporation (Todd) of New Zealand has an 11.5% interest and Northcliff an 88.5% interest in the Sisson Partnership, which owns the Sisson Project. Todd also holds a 76.63% interest in Northcliff.

Todd also owns 11.5% of Sisson.  So, non-Todd shareholders in NCF own about 21% of the project. Even so, if the project went ahead right now, we would do well in terms of share price increase ...more
