After that interview, I can see why the shareprice went down. This transaction may be highly acretive to FF shareholders, but I seriously doubt the next one will be. Hopefully the deal gets rejected ...more

where Neumeyer boasts, in understandable English, how FF is getting very much more value than it's offering in GCU/FF swap...that's what 'very accretive' to FF means.wake up everyone

How could it not be 'very accretive'...swapping FF dreck for 1/2 of 5 million ozs proved/prb in Ont. near rds/hyd..FF not worth much..GCU ready to jv with majorworth 10 times FF total assets.& ...more

20/20/12 not sure what happened with gcu b of d....

They were not acting in my best interests...GIVE away 1/2 the company to another with 3 mill. cash and little of other real value. Not sure what happened and why. It's a really bad deal for GCU...

Lot of people doing that...Anyway, I don't like the deal. If we want Neumeyer running GCU, give him 7.6 % and salute the new boss...much cheaper way to achieve the same thing.
