Hi Ashram - the 5 business day clause refers to the amount of time Chantrell has to counter any superior offer received by AZX prior to the July 26th meeting. There is lots of time.

AEM needs to replenish reserves and they have already purchased property from AZX before. They have a good idea what is there. The reality is they will rebid if nescessary. All we can hope for is to ...more
