The difference is enb transformed themselves two years ago and thier stock price indicates that now ,just hit a new 52 week high today. They had a game plan and put it in place .

BCE vs ENB

Enbridge’s debt-to-equity ratio is typically in the 1.5 to 2.5 range. BCE debt-to-equity ratio has typically been in the 1.5 to 2.0 range why ENB keeps gonig up but BCE is dropping like waterfalls?

based on 30% uptake of drip , canada fibre to 8.3 million locations  looks like  until 2030  with ziply for adding another 2 million  locations for 3.3 million total  so ...more
