My wife and I hold this EIT in different accounts. Yet my RRSP has more than 16,000 shares owned at an average cost of $10 a share. The $0.10 monthly dividend means a 12% annual dividend. Which is ...more

End of day

My calculation puts the EIT portifolio down for the end of day @ -2.39%  this put the NAV @ 13.567 The stock ususally trades around .20 cent below the NAV - should open tomorrow around $13.37 .. ...more

Yes EIT has always been great for paying the dividend..... however the stock price generally trades about .20 less the NAV My calculations shows EIT portfolio down - 1.17%... this gives EIT a NAV ...more
