trd used to be $13

unreal....cant even hold $9 these days.  let alone was a $20-25 REIT most of its like now its $12 if you add back the PMZ split. WITH A 50% DIVIDEND CUT.   EPIC VALUE DESTRUCTION.

Interesting times...  lock in nice safe yield.. buy under $9 a share and be happy you did in the long run.

Unless I'm mistaken, when they talk about trusts, they don't talk about REITs which have their own tax provisions (basically, they don't pay taxes, unit holders do).
