Yes I reckon share deal plus cash sweetener at equivalent of C$10/share should do it. Industrial logic for Capestone is compelling and once Mantoverde is ramped up the timing will be perfect

Given Capstones relationship with Mitsubishi and Marimacas proximity to Mantos Blancos it makes sense that Capstone would want to aquire the MOD. Given the amount of interest in copper development
