Not necessarily a bad thing if insiders would own less than half the total outstanding . If they want to finance at higher prices then I am sure they can find a way to do so

Not sure you will get your wish, the shares are too tightly held and any selling is bought by Directors and Insiders. They won't want the share price to drop because they will have to have another ...more
