All reads good to me, CHCA down a bit but Quebec looking a lot less dire than Bill 10 might imply. EBITDA at over $10 million annual run rate right now. I also was a little worried about 45 day ...more

The deal will be finalized by end of PHA's financial year, which is not the end of 2023.  It is September 30, 2023.
