No doubt there is some un tapped pricing power. The National Golf course owners assoc. report ytd rounds played are up 13.8% and revenue is up 25%. It is difficult to exactly pull out how much greens ...more

3-5% isn't even keeping up with inflation. I bet 90% of CL members own a home and it just went up 30%-50% in value.  Time to pay to play.
