Now I wasn't overly thrilled with the PP being at $3.00 - but I can understand why they did it. Helps de-risk the deal a bit, pays down debt faster and overall gives the company a bit more ...more

the quarter included the acquistion expenses but none of RRD revenues, ebitda. So next qtr will include 2/12 x$250 million revenues = $41.7 million rev but no aqc. costs.
