If Ruby Creek does not give a full and transparent explanation of current production/ grades with the 10q, then I would say sell what you can to at least get some money for your stock.

Shareholders have never been told that Ruby has stopped production. If so, this would be a material breach of disclosure. Then to say that Ruby has millions of ounces in the ground that is unproven ...more

A little research indicates that actually the '5-day' rule on the filing gives Ruby until Monday to file this Q. So no need to stew over it today- should anyone be inclined to do so.
