But I have already told you that SGL will hardly survive this downturn. It will most likely file for bankruptcy by Q3. Tom Buchanan is primarily responsible for this.

Without a major shareholder to oust them this is a common outcome. Karnalyte' (KRN)s leadership resigned in mass recently so it can be done. The only positive I could see is that expenses contiue ...more

Buchanan's credentials in his previous company were not good. See, he was the CEO with Charger Energy which was loaded with debt too.

Buchanan is the main responsible for the company's debt mess. He is the CEO and he should have sold properties to reduce debt when oil was higher.
