My question though is, if it's true and the SP declines to 0.20 post-restructuring, it could very well go back up to double-digits if the DELIVER strategy is a success, right??

Makes a lot of sense for unsecured note holders to propose something like that - pay out the secured debt - at parity, then the unsecured holders are empowered to negotiate a lot harder. back of the
