DF ends the day with UNIT NAV @$15.29

Showing a gain of about 61 cents  now since the April 30th udpate. Commons now should be valued @ $5.29 trading at about a 31 cents discount.

DF UNIT NAV in realtime = approx; $15.28

Now showing a gain of over 60 cents  since the april 30th udpate.  The biggest holding is MFC and has contributed 9.6 cents of the gains. TRI  also contributed 9.3 cents and RY about 5 ...more

NAV on May 8 is ~$15.21

Still waiting for Quadravest numbers on April 30 so I am adding 2 cents to my calculations and the NAV value come up to 15.2076, almost 53 cents above the official value recorded on April 30.

DF unit NAV to MAy 7 = approx: $15.08

Spreadsheet showing a gain of about 40 cents since April 30th. Last trade at  $4.73 leaves the DF commons trading at a DISCOUNT of 35 cents even tho its above the level for paying to commons.

So spreadsheet now showing a gain of about 44 cents since April 30... huge move for DF, and 3 cents bigger than DFN.  DFN holds  the same stocks of course,  but with different ...more

So even tho some red showing in the list, DF unit nav up 2 pennies again... as MFC and SLF continue their torrid move up.

DF did indeed finish the day  up 40 cents since the April 30 th update. THE weighting in DF actually created a 3 cent higher gain in UNIT NAV than DFN. If i held DFN and liked this group of ...more

I have the unit nav gaining big over 40 cents since the April 30th update. Really not all that far behind its sister fund DFN's UNIT NAV , which has the same holdings but gets a premium...lol

So the newly updated DF spreadsheet , with the new holdings as weighted ON QUADRAVEST fund features, is hsowing a gain of 27 cents.. since April 30th udpate. Very close to making the threshhold for ...more
