It's not going to matter after today.  Depending upon your view, maybe it's a good thing the TSX is closed today,  interested to see todays close.

Quadravest updates DFN unit nav to JULY 31 @ $15.40

SO didnt do as well as my spreadsheet had, as i was 3 cents higher. That was only 1 cent higher than DF... not sure why DF is trading so much lower.

I will be greedy but on the low side. If the overall market selloff continues the VIX will likely push above 30 and I will be waiting to pick some up here in the 3's. However, this is no longer a ...more

DFN preffs have firmed up nicely.....Getting closer to the rerate decision which is about a month and a bit away.

Showing a loss of about 10 cents since yesterday. Once we get the update from Quadravest , we will know if any changes happened in the weightings or cash.

July 31 approximate NAV is $15.41 after distribution

According to my spreadsheet, the NAV value before distribution is ~$15.55188, becoming ~$15.406053 after distribution

Had somehow forgot to include SU updated close in the spreadsheet . Noted it when starting DF spreadsheet.

Spreadsheet showing a gain of 35 cents since the mid month udpate, and this should be close to the number shown on monthend by quadravest. After distributions the UNIT NAV would be approx: $15.42, so ...more

DFN unit nav to JULY 26 = approx; $15.47 before dist.

Spreadsheet shwoing just over a 25 cent gain since July 15.. and after distributions ,the common shares would have a value of about $5.33. so DFN common shares trading very close to the real value.

After distributons the common shares would be worth $5.24 approx; Last sale @ $5.28 means DFN at a small premium after distributions are factored in.

DFN unit nav in realtime @ approx: $15.39

Spreadsheet showing a gain of 17 cents at this time. After dist. are factored in , DFN common shares would be worth about  $5.24 or so. So trading right around the actual NAV after distributions.
