Yesterday the shares closed at 66 cents,.. the HIGHEST this has Closed in the last 3 Months is 77 Cents and that was back in the beginning of April.  Up 28% and folks are complaining this is not ...more

The tsx will need to rubber stamp their approval, my guess would be about 6 weeks. Once complete your shares will turn into tweed shares at the 0.465 specified conversion in your account. You don' ...more

Wouldn't it be cheaper for investors to buy BED than TWD? The BED shares will turn into TWD shares, but you will be getting them at a discount....
