Mgmt compensation is pro-forma 37% of the SG&A. Consultants as a whole must be another big chunk - Murph and his crew over at E&Y are nice folks but bloody expensive - just hire some cheap ...more

Annual Report as expected and there is still life left in ZAR. Also like the producing reserves at 11 c = and proved and provable reserve is 18 c - long life with low decline. Of course debt is always ...more

Out now, presentation updated too.  I think they might generate $1M+ of cashflow in Q1.  Proved producing reserves is 11 cents a share?  We're going to be fine if WTI can hold above ...more

Mid January ZAR hired a financial adviser to look at all options. This takes some time and maybe we are now closer to a resolution. Would be good timing before the Annual Meeting.
