They paid $150 million, but it was leveraged half with debt.  Like buying a house with 50% down.  But then when they took over ETC they found a host of problems. 1. performance clause ...more

Actually, the Wilan part of business improved y/y.  In 2021 the cost of licensing revenue was 85% but in 2022 direct revenue costs have fallen to 45.5%.  The ITS direct costs increased by 10 ...more
