Yup I think I agree with you guyf1963, and to follow that up I think once they fill their own pockets and that of their close friends they will walk the share price up then once the pp becomes free

Expect offering based 25% of yesterday closing
Similar to january 2019 offering (see link below). I think minimum of 60M -75M shares based on yesterday closing plus 25% discount plus warrants at .020 usd or .25 cdn see january 2019 PP
