From TGN web site. Regarding scarcity of tee space at Clublink. Lottery is the most fair way to handle matters. It won't likely ever happen at CL until they make tee times only for home club

This block of unzoned land is next to the CN yard that is at the center of a lot anti noise. The land is similar to Rattlesnake except TWC has 600 acres. It indicates what is going on in the land

Kanata Superior court in next month or two?
As it has been 4 months since the superior court appeal re: the Kanata Golf Redevelopment and as TWC asked for an expedited decision we should propably expect a decision in the next month or two

TWC is so illiquid that it's easier to buy APR. Whether the value proposition is as good is another question. They can sit on the bid, but they can't take the offer, per NCIB rules
