It is entirely possible that some group based their bid on what is owed to secured and unsecured creditors and decided that a lowball $15M bid was worth the effort in case no one else showed up to bid

Everyone is expecting a haircut but no one knows is willing/able to say what it is really worth. If the balance sheet says the assets are $30M. And the intrinsic value is $40M And there is a $10M

That's my call! PwC did a poor job of promoting and advertising..they charged groups a hefty deposit before they went an even looked at the projects. That obviously eliminated groups that were too

ultimately it just a story of a buyer exercising the tax credits based on a pretend taxes versus RCG using the tax credits during pretend production

I believe rcg sells for 15 to 16 million total. 10 million to sprott, 2.2 to Cra and the rest to unsecured creditors. Spoke to a few of them and they think they will get 30 to 40 cents on the dollar

If the buyer pays off the 20.8m to the creditors and then keeps the company, how do sprott and the shareholders get 20.8 million? Aren't the tax credits used up and paid for the creditors debt?
