Who are the sellers?They know this stock is not going anywhere.Dead money for the next 18 month until we start drilling Morocca again,sometime 2nd halve of 2019.

up2005..Something else is keeping a lid on this stock. Not sure what it is. Not convinced that new flow rates will make any difference at this point.
