Heard a rumour prepa had until mid oct to sign off on deal.  I guess we'll find out soon enough.

The lawsuit is still pending, so the outcome is uncertain. Even if the city won, it would be years before they would see any benefit.

was cancelled due to a lack of agenda items. Apparently nothing doing at Sage. Dec 31 is coming fast.

The normal discussions related to the Sage Ranch water requirements is for 350 AF or 466Af of actual which is for the dwelling units themselves. There is also 70AF or 93 actual AF of water required ...more

The suggestion is for a single family dwelling lot. 45% of sage is multi unit dwelling. You're not getting an average of $150,000 per lot by any means.
