it is 'closed' only in the sense that it is too late for you to participate.   NQ hasn't yet received the funds, and so the financing is not yet closed at all. and you are 0 for 2 in ...more

The stock price is holding up which indicates that selling into the bid to raise cash has subsided and demand for the stock isn't waivering either so I'm thinking that the PP could close ...more

I hate to be the beneficiary of others bad fortune but GQC is getting pounded and that money will be looking for a new deal that offers a great chance of recouping losses and more.

goldquest didn't release holes as they were assayed but told them to send a batch then released the batch
