Still very little resistance! This will pop on closing of the deal. I sincerely doubt an equity raise at these level. Likely 80 cents or higher I suspect we get a double dose of positive news

Stock is usually thinly traded - no volume today since people sitting on the bid do not want to reach for the ask, and people on the ask do not want to sell into the bid. So, a stalemate so far.

Someone over at TD is slowly but steadily building a large position here as they continue to buy up the shares. Interesting to see when they will be done, but having a good effect on the share price!

Is well within bank covenant ratios. If the company can purchase companies at between 3 and 4 times Ebitda, then they could finance 100% of the deal and be within most bank covenant ratios
