The acquisition is not an easy thing to absorb it looks like.  The 20% decline in the share value is a disaster for me.

I fear profitability is the main drag.  Based on the pre-release, Q/Q revenue was ~$50M compared to $42.4M (+18%) while EBITDA was basically unchanged.

Brutal Q4 results

Based on the annual disclosure, if you back out the 9 months to date, Q4 will be a -1 to -4M EBITDA quarter.   Like last quarter, this means they are burning $10-$15M cash and have 4 ...more
