CC was underwhelming

There was a lack of enthusiasm on the part of Management which resonated down to the analysts/callers. Sheesh. Challenges notwithstanding, HL is such a great story.

Hopefully Hecla gets this under control rather sooner than later.  To be fair Hecla inherited some pollution issues (abandoned hydrcarbons in flooded shafts, etc, etc), but this appears to be new ...more

As far as making a go of it, Hecla projects 2.5 MM oz in 2023 for Keno and maybe 4 MM oz for 2024 with estimated AISC of 10.25 to 11.50/oz. They've put the money in, it's running, so let's ...more
