Hi Happy2K18. Mr McDonald is not imposing a 16 for 1 reverse split to Axe's shareholder : Terranueva's management do ! And I beleive Mr McDonald negotiated and finally accepted the 16 for 1 ...more

I own 650,000 shares and am voting no as well.... as will most if not all shareholders. Management better rethink their strategy and revise the deal before the vote if they wish this thing to pass.
