RE:RE:RE:Activities of the upcoming months
Thanks Lonade. I agree 100%, but I am still not sure Almonty would go for that. If they had to cough up an additional $.10 in cash, per share, and with approx. 400 mil shares of woulfe, that would

RE:RE:Activities of the upcoming months
I am not assuming that the offer of 0.07 CAD will be increased, since you state correctly that further increase would lead to the Almonty shareholders losing their majority. If I were Black that is

RE:Activities of the upcoming months
Lonade (or anyone else), do you think that if a judge rules that we should be 50/50 with Almonty, or, if we should get more than 50% of the new company, that Almonty will still go ahead with the

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:C.WOF-WFEMF vs V.ALL-ALMTF share price
WFEMF is an ADR whose price is based on a 1:1 basis with WOF, so the conversion for WFEMF to ALMMTF will be identical to the conversion from C.WOF to V.ALL. The relative prices those issues

RE:RE:RE:RE:C.WOF-WFEMF vs V.ALL-ALMTF share price
This is, unfortunately, the conclusions I've reached as well. Almonty would have been a good initital choice but at the time its price was high for a producer with mines running on tailings

RE:RE:RE:RE:C.WOF-WFEMF vs V.ALL-ALMTF share price
So at the current WFEMF price of .046 there would be a 19.5% profit when Woulfe shares are converted to Almonty shares. Thanks

RE:RE:RE:C.WOF-WFEMF vs V.ALL-ALMTF share price
Convert the shares to $CDN first then see your margins... In general how to play the merger is see the 10:1 ratio. If AII is at .70, then up to .07 WOF or 0.055225 WFEMF, then you are winning on the

RE:RE:RE:C.WOF-WFEMF vs V.ALL-ALMTF share price
Guess investors are prudent in their trades as the deal is not officialy done yet. I like Woulfe but without a real venture / take over, we are just sitting ducks as long as there is no financing

RE:RE:C.WOF-WFEMF vs V.ALL-ALMTF share price
So the owners of WFEMF make 34% on their current shares when the conversion occurs? If that's the case, why are so few shares of WFEMF trading? Even if WFEMF shares are converted 1:10 to ALMTF

Ultimately the merger will take place, if we like it or not. Hopefully at a few cents more, after the ruling of the judge. What concerns me more, are they now proceeding with the completion of

RE:C.WOF-WFEMF vs V.ALL-ALMTF share price
For M&A purchases direct ADR's are considered stock on an 1:1 basis, so WFEMF holders will get the same (.07 CDN) that WOF.C shareholders, though we might get it in ALMTY instead of whatever
