penny  Obviously these institutions want to get in on a good thing . Acquiring assts at a discounted price is usually  good for a co's future earnings etc . Quite a jump in PP upsized ...more

Conditionally Sold. Not a Firm Sale.

There are some conditions that have to e waived for it to be a firm sale and then court approval. All we can hope for now, is for the conditions of the sale to not be met.

Based on the Pengrowth Energy sale last November. They got $1.66 per MMboe on their buyout. Based on Bellatrix reserves we should have gotten bought out for $440M. $1.83/share. A $100M buyout is ...more
