Just looked: CNP has $0.175 per share of cash on the books. Even buying at $0.18 you are essentially buying at cash value (this is why I was comfortable buying at $0.245, it was just a bit above

According to Sedar, Frank G. thr his foundation & co. purchased the recent shares (1,750,000) for the sum of $245,000 or .14 cents a share. The recent options were priced @ .15 cents.

General meeting on Thursday. The 4 for 1 reverse split is a done deal. A new tight share structure should provide Frank & Gordon with a nice shell to make their next move...
