Agreed.  Common story. Large overpriced $390 million acquisition, Seacliff,  didn't work out. Used a $100 million plus cash on the balance sheet plus a ton of debt.  Company never ...more

Stuart Olson’s success in the past always depended on solid backlog that was made up on the Buildings groups side of CM, Design Build etc. but not Stip Sum Projects as these were low fee projects ...more

it is very strange that sp was traded in 0. 80s

and takeover price is 0.13. you never see such  kind of things. no wonder i mistook $4m for 4m shares.this is almost  equivalent to Bankruptcy.

LeMay will get $4.1M for termination due to change of control.  More than all shareholders.  Other exec will also get very nice cheques after this all ends and sail off into the sunset after ...more

Unfortunately there is no cash to keep going. The company could not pay $2.5 million in interest on its debt at June 30. Had to issue shares as the debenture agreements allowed this, otherwise would ...more
