If you held AMW shares before today , the share price actually did not decline much today. AXE shares based on book value which is over half cash should be about .44 per share. [ as per book ...more

Maintained same gap FCU -.05x5.725= -$.286

So FCU goes down -$.05 and AMW goes down -$.29.... Same ratio if you apply the 5.725. Seems a bit odd to me given that if you want PLS - AMW is giving you a far better return. Say you had 10,000 ...more

yes, if you bought yesterday and sold today..you end up with just the 1/2 AEX spinco share. Cost: decrease in price of AMW today if any now thats its ex-div

So if I bought AMW yesterday and sold at the open today I could have got the spinco shares for free ? As of right now the spinco is being values at .19 cents a shares of AMW ? Thanks

I am surprised shareholders are willing to sell at  6.07 when they will get 5.725 FCU shares in a few days. Both stocks will have no spinco shares but FCU needs to drop  below $1.06 ...more

Quakes , transactions today do not include the spinco shares. Only shareholders of AMW yesterday get the AEX shares. FCU shareholders still have Fission 3.0 corp until Dec 9th.  The ...more

Tomorrow AMW shares should not drop much because of the spinco being removed. Nothing much is happening on any of their other assets. So if the FCU price stays somewhere close to the closing price ...more

I don't think AEX will trade tomorrow, it will be until December 6 upon exchange approval.  Tomorrow it is still AMW, but any new owners will not have AEX, but only portion to exchange ...more
