He has been pumping Espial for the longest time with high price targets. Now he is stelling shareholders to accept a low ball offer at 1.57. Unbelievable. Pissed off shareholder.

Time for a strategic review

We’re getting closer and closer to $1 share price its time for a SR before they squander our $30 million cash horde, it’s the only thing keeping most of us here.
