That's standard procedure when applying for an annulment. Next up: Kenya will likely file it's counter memorial. A memorial is a formal application to a legislative body.

On one of the other boards, Red had posted info from the company that they expect the annulment app to take 6-12 months.  Apparently they have a litigation funder that's financing it.
