RE:What to Buy

I rolled over my profits into Granite REIT. It has the lowest debt burden of any reit and it's international and industrial beyond just warehousing (unlike say WPT)

Similar Industrial Reit

FYI. Dream Industrial REIT (DIR.UN-T) Desjardins Securities upgrades to "buy" from hold, maintains its target of $9.50.

RE:BX news - its a great company !

I always wondered why institutions, pension funds, insurance cos, werent buying up REITs. 7% yields sure beat what they're making elsewhere. Maybe this will start to happen

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BUYOUT!@

didnt see that in the PR. That said, you could sell today and put this to work at a 6-7%, which makes holding for the 3% div a bit silly. I sold at 8.12 was a great ride.
