I don't think this one was a choice. At best a concession to creditors. They lowered the credit facility, have to lower capex and the dividend. Short term pain for long term gain, hopefully.

Agreed the company did have a tough year but net cash from operations and free cash flow were up in 4th qtr vs last year and for the full year vs last year. Net debt down about $20M yoy as well
