Thanks for posting this.  I'm curious as to what date is on the report? This analyst made this call and lowered his price target by $2.00 by not waiting to review the 4th QTR and Full Year 2023 results? That makes no sense to me. I thought the Qtr was decent and the year results were much better than 2022. Plus you get a decent dividend while you are invested for the turnaround. I coud be ...more

The company had pre-announced challenging results in the fourth quarter. Hence the lower stock targets. Note that TD actually nudged the share price target up 50 cents to $7.00 on March 8th. Cormark noted "no surprises in Q4 after pre-announcing at the end of February".

I believe its a mistake to cut the div down to $1M max per qtr at this time. Its going to save appr $3M to $4M per year which is good but the stock was just starting to get some traction. Now if you follow up this news with an announcement of some new business, then its different. We nees some positve announcement real soon. just my opinion.

Lowering the credit facility is one thing. Saves the company money on standby fees for credit they may not really need. Especially if they are not in growth/acquisition mode. But to ask for a div cut (after they just had one) is not a good look (if in fact they were the ones that asked for it). Bean counters need to realize perception goes a long way in investor confidance. We are only talking ...more
