Anyone in BC?  I think a minority shareholder needs to appear before that judge.  Could probably even do it without a lawyer, although for a corporate or bankruptcy lawyer on your side would ...more

I would say it is retail investors are selling. the deal isn't dead until they say it is dead and the more shares KGI buy at these rates the cheaper the end deal is. if they buy a 100000 a day ...more

KGI owns more then 700000 shares of catalyst paper. how i know this is they filed a 13d form with the SEC IN THE STATES. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY EVIDENCE OF THEM SELLING ANY OF THESE SHARES. IF THE MAJOR ...more
