INFO REQUEST: VIEWER BUT NOT SHAREHOLDER

Hi there, I have been watching this company for about 1.5 months now, I have been reading the posts but I do not currently own shares. Just a question out there, is currently what s happening the start of a death spiral for this company? I'm having trouble understanding the ramifications of the restructuring.

reduced debt. which would make payments smaller.  the company reports a -2% loss in the last report. It would not take much of a cut in spending to make it a profitable company. the company generates 2 billion in cash flow.

I take it then the current drop in SP is the market reaction to anticipated dilution of shares and EPS?

KGI owns more then 700000 shares of catalyst paper. how i know this is they filed a 13d form with the SEC IN THE STATES. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY EVIDENCE OF THEM SELLING ANY OF THESE SHARES. IF THE MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS HAVE 79% AND KGI HAVE 5% OR MORE , THERE IS AT THE MOST 2 MILLION SHARES NOT OWNED BY THE GROUPS.

0.60-$6-$1.00-$1.90-$3.50-0.70. Mmmmm, CYT recapitalization and possible TO of shares not owned by majority shareholders.....so who is buying and selling this thing if majority shareholder(s) wanted to buy all shares not owned by them for $6,

I would say it is retail investors are selling. the deal isn't dead until they say it is dead and the more shares KGI buy at these rates the cheaper the end deal is. if they buy a 100000 a day they would pick up the company in 20 days. if they own 20% they have to make a offer for the company, this is law.

maybe catalyst is buying back shares.
