It offers two types of shares, including Preferred shares and Class A shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash...
dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to return the $10 repayment amount to their holders on the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

Spreadsheet is showing a gain of 41 cents sicne the OCT 31 update. Commons would be valued @ $6.63 here and the last trade @ $6.28 means the discount is 35 cents or about 5.2 %.. so that % did

DFN FULL update now released.
So cash position was increased to 10% , may have been some covered call optiions ahead of the election. So that only lowered the UNIT NAV by about a penny when i guessed at which holdings had done the

BCE continues to tank , dragging down T with it.
So DFN now showing a gain of 34 cents since the updated numbers OCT 31, and DF showing 3 cent better gains.. Now DFN unit nav @ $16.56 and DF at $16.75.. in my brain it only makes sense to
