DFN unit nav realtime = approx: $16.23

Showing a gain of 15 cents , ( same as DF) but that results in the UNIT NAV being 8 cents lower than DF. Buyers still in love with this name. Last sale @ $5.94

DFN unit nav to sept 23 = approx: $16.24

Showing a gain of 16 cents in UNIT  NAV before distributions are factored in and commons carry a value of about $6.10 or so after . Very slight discount for DFN..

DFN unit nav to Sept 20 = approx: $16.21

So spreadsheet showing a gain of 13 cents since the update sept. 13.. and commons have a value of $6.21 before distributions.  Closed @$5.84 today so makes the discount around 37 cents ... or ...more

Today is OpEx. Look that quadra prefferred market....looks like the shorts are covering. DF, DFN, BK .  FedEx news and guidance yesterday paints a not so good outlook.

DFN unit nav in realtime @ $16.17

Showing a gain of close to 9 cents now since the 13th update. Last sale @ 5.85 or so means the discount now at 32 cents,, sorry but not quite as attractive as DF, which  is trading at over a 40 ...more

DFN UNIT NAV to Sept 19 @ $16.16

Still showing a gain of 8 cents at the end of trading so not much positive movement up overall. Trailing DF in value  today still by 8 cents as both show an 8 cent gain since SEPT.13 Commons last ...more

So showing a gain of 8 cents since sept 13 ...   DF and LFE have now passed DFN in UNIT NAV and VALUE imho...

RE:DFN preferreds raised to 7% as expected.

FFN and FTN preferred are higher but if I look at the return per preferred share value DFN-PA I like the risk if I am just parking cash..DFN preferred ok a currently $10.09 where FTN-PA is $10.38 ...more

DFN preferreds raised to 7% as expected.

As i mentioned earlier i suspected Quadravest would have put these in line with others  in this space. FTN, FFN and others are still higher yet.

DFN unit nav to Sept 18 = approx; $16.10

Spreadsheet is now showing only a 2 cent gain since Sept 13, and BCE responsible for that and more. DFN common shares are valued @ $6.10 here before dist. Last trade @ $5.82 means the discount now ...more
