It appears that existing Klondex shareholders will receive 87 % of $45M US. That works out to 20-21 cents per KLDX share held. As I see it, Hecla is paying US$7m cash for 13.46% of TN/Bison.

Not yet. I did sign up for one of the class action lawsuits. You need to send in an account statement (showing ownership) and they don't want you to sell the shares while this is in process.
