LBS unit nav to NOV 7 = approx; $20.03
LBS showing a gain of exactly a dollar since the update a week ago... Value of the commons would be $10.03 and with the last trade @ $8.83, the discout is about $1.20 or about 12%. This

Last sale @ $8.76 leaves the discount at $1.13 or about 10.1%... Commons would be valued at $9.89 at this point in time, without knowing what cash position or changes to weightings have

So showing a gain ( mainly from lifecos) of 71 cents since OCt 31.... To put it into perspective , LCS up over $1.10 today , with just the 4 lifecos.

Brompton updates LBS unit nav @ $19.03
So looks as tho they deducted the common distribution off the UNIT NAV . Prorated preferreds dist. are reflected in the commons value. ($8.97)

Hi Rixpix: as always the market can rise or fall from here. If it rises, it may go up 1% per month, but there are significant excesses building maybe even a bubble if you look at p/e

I don't know what records you're looking at but in 2020 payments were not made for 9 consecutive months. Most of that year the SP was under $5. GL.
