That's what I am interpreting it as also. I need to see justification that they cannot refinance the debenture on the open market and what the opportunity cost of that financing is.

keep posting false bad news, cut the dividend even though they can afford it. and then buy the company back at 65% of NAV. classic case of minority shareholder oppression

I sold this one when they stopped dividend. Many investors have sold this one. They got the share price down and took over the company.
