Yep.  There's no liquidity in the stock, so like many reverse mergers with no liquidity, the stock goes down making it impossible to do an equity raise at a reasonable valuation in order to ...more

No, the Rights alone won't fund acquisition.  The total net proceeds form the rights = NGN52.9 billion = CND$340 million.

The company has been welcomed by Investors in Nigeria and they are going for their Rights Issue and this is backed on the major aquisition which they did - conoco Philips....
