I calculated that replacing the old bank line added about C$0.07 to EPS (before tax) for a full year based on how drawn it was at the end of Q3.

Actually in the last quarter they paid almost twice as much in income taxes as they paid in G&A expenses. If you actualyse EPS of the last quarter you have .18* 4 =0.72$ USD

Assuming they can do another $.20 C in Q4, I would say at least $7.50 but that is still far below book value. Bottom line is I think it is grossly undervalued currently.
